Yulia German Corporation provides EZCLICK Permits (“EZCLICK Permits”, “we”, “us”). We prepare oversize permit applications for every state on your route from the information you give us, submit them on your behalf through our permit service accounts with the states, and send you the permits once issued.
Permits are issued by state agencies, not by us. We are not a government agency. Each state decides whether to issue a permit, on what route and under what conditions. These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy.
Most single-trip oversize permits are issued the same business day. Some states take longer. State offices set their own hours, review times and holidays, and some loads need individual review. We cannot guarantee when a state issues a permit, or that it issues one at all.
If you cancel before we submit the application for a state, we refund the state permit fee you paid for that state. Our service fee is not refunded. Once an application is submitted, we do not refund the fees for that state; a state fee is returned only if the state refunds it.
If a state denies a permit, we do not charge our service fee for that state and refund it if already paid. The state fee follows that state's rules.
If a permit contains an error that we made, contact us. We will review it and agree on a solution with you.
The order cards, route map, prices in examples and the recorded clip on this website are illustrations with sample data and fictional companies. A route shown on the website is not a permitted route.
We are responsible for preparing your applications with reasonable care from the information you provide. We are not responsible for a state's decisions, delays, conditions or fees, for errors in information you gave us, or for how a trip is driven.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost loads or business opportunity, arising from use of the service or a delay in it. To the same extent, our total liability for an order is limited to the service fees you paid us for that order, not including state permit fees.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or gross negligence, or any right or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Do not use the service to obtain permits with false information, for vehicles you are not authorized to act for, or for any unlawful purpose. Do not interfere with the website or try to access other customers' information.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
We will publish any change to these terms on this page with a new effective date. A change does not apply to an order already placed unless you agree. Questions: [email protected], Monday to Friday, business hours.
