Yulia German Corporation operates EZCLICK Permits (“EZCLICK Permits”, “we”, “us”), a service that prepares oversize permit applications for truck drivers, owner-operators and carriers. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit this website and when you order permits from us.

When you order permits by email at [email protected], we receive what you send. This can include your name, company, phone number and email address. It can also include the route, dates, load description, dimensions, weights, axle information, truck and trailer details, and documents you attach, such as a rate confirmation, a vehicle registration or a cab card.
We use this information to prepare and submit your permit applications, to contact you about your order, and to keep a record of the permits we obtained for you. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.
The “Read once. Then deleted.” rule on this website describes the EZCLICK Permits app (section 5). Attachments sent by email stay in our mailbox until we delete them: we delete them within 7 days after your permits are issued.
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
The app is not yet open to customers. When it opens, documents you upload, such as a rate confirmation or a vehicle registration, are read to suggest values for your order, and you check each value before it is used. The file is deleted when you confirm the values, or automatically within 24 hours. The values you confirmed stay in your order. Documents are read with Claude, an AI service by Anthropic, which processes them for us under its commercial terms. Under those terms, Anthropic does not use them to train its models by default.
We keep order records (route, vehicle details, the permits issued and invoices) as long as needed to provide the service and as the law requires, for example for tax and accounting records. Email attachments are covered in section 3.
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, such as access limited to people who work on your order. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Avoid sending documents you do not need to send.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, at [email protected]. We may keep some records where the law requires it, such as records of permits issued or payments. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits them.
EZCLICK Permits is a business service for drivers and carriers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
